Thanks to Dan and Keys Deck and Dock Supply for all of the advice and help with managing my project. The material, both the framing boards and the deck itself (Tandeck), are of the highest quality. Dan also helped me find labor for the project, and it was high quality and reasonably priced. If you need new decking, I highly recommend contacting Keys Deck and Dock Supply regardless of the size of your project.

I needed a large order of Trex on a short notice. I called several of our other suppliers and they gave me a run around about not sure on days and kept changing their prices or came in super high in case of negotiation. Then I called Keys Deck & Dock Supply. Kim answered the phone and was super friendly to me. She transferred me to Tracie to help me take care of my order. Tracie was super educated on the product, the exact amount I needed, and she managed to get it in from their supplier, put on their truck, and delivered to our job site within 24 hours of ordering—all at a great price that was given to me from the start! Beating out other lumber competitors and without a run around. I have since called back for other lumber and they have been super friendly and accommodating. It is so refreshing to find a company that has phenomenal customer service, really cares about their customers, and delivers a great product at a great price. I have dropped companies I have worked with for years and am going to be using Keys Deck & Dock Supply now for my woodworking company as they are so AMAZING to work with on every end. I live down the street from Keys Deck and Dock Supply. I stopped in to see if I could buy one piece of plywood. They sell them in packs of 10. Not only were they willing to sell me one piece but they cut it so it would fit in my car! Nathan and Kristy were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Walking around their showroom, I was amazed at the variety of materials and colors they have available. I wish I needed a dock or a deck. Next year, I’m putting an eco-pond in my back yard—I wonder if they’d build me a miniature dock???
